Grand Touring is a group of highly skilled, professional craftspeople whose mission is to restore and revive classic cars. We are exceedingly passionate about our projects which we regard as works of art. Our main objectives include maintaining the utmost originality whenever possible, serving our clients needs, and making sure our team embodies the qualities and workmanship required to meticulously service and restore vintage vehicles.


The General Manager is responsible for leading the overall successful operation of the shop. The General Manager is responsible for operations, profitability, performance results, and customer satisfaction.


What You'll Be Working With

1950's to early 1990's European sports cars— Ferrari, Lamborghini, Bizzarrini, Iso Grifo, Alfa Romeo, Maserati, Jaguar, Aston Martin...


  • Setting a clear vision and goals for the shop to achieve targeted performance in all areas of the business.

  • Engaging and motivating the team to achieve key goals, performance expectations, and best practice processes.

  • Maintaining an exceptional customer experience.

  • Developing and maintaining productive relationships with vendors, clients, and other partners.

  • Analyzing the business to determine shortfalls and developing action plans to improve performance.

  • Driving the business through a high level of involvement in the day-to-day operations.



Education and/or Experience

  • 7+ years in a supervisory position in a similar environment.


  • Can effectively manage both people and processes.

  • Experience with staffing, training, motivating, counseling, and monitoring staff.

  • Strong computer skills.

  • Business planning ability/experience.

  • Ability to manage, evaluate, develop, and direct staff.

  • Knowledge and experience with classic cars/automotive restoration are preferred, but not required.
