The Grand Touring team is a group of highly-skilled craftspeople whose mission is to restore and revive classic cars. What you'll be working with:

1950's to early 1990's European and Domestic classics; Ferrari, Lamborghini, Bizzarrini, Iso Grifo, Alfa Romeo, Maserati, Jaguar, Aston Martin, etc.

What you'll be doing:

  • Assist with routine automotive service and repairs.

  • Assist with removal and replacement of powertrains, suspension, and brake systems.

  • Diverse forms of wiring.

  • Dash assemblies and interior replacement.

  • Assist with full tear-downs and reassemblies.

  • Potential contribution to various metal fabrication practices.

  • Assist with bodywork and detailing.

  • Wet sand and buff skills.

  • Work within a schedule to ensure on-time project completion.

 

Ideal background:

  • High School degree or equivalent.

  • 1+ years experience in an automotive shop.

  • Experience with vintage European vehicles is a plus, but not required.

  • Auto detailing skills are a plus, but not required.

  • Knowledge in the proper use of body shop products (such as filler, fiberglass, high build primer etc.).

Compensation:

  • $30-$60 per hour
